7.3 — Transmission to official authorities After payment, EuroVignette transmits the vignette activation request to the relevant country’s official systems. Once transmitted, the vignette is activated and linked to the registration plate in that country’s official registers.
Article 8 — Cancellation and refund policy
8.1 — E-vignette refund A refund is possible only if the request to transmit to the relevant country’s official authorities has not yet been carried out by EuroVignette.
If not yet transmitted: the Customer may request cancellation and will be refunded the full vignette amount. Contact: contact@euro-vignette.com
If already transmitted: the vignette is activated in the official registers. No refund can generally be granted, as official authorities usually do not allow cancellation of an activated vignette. The Customer may still submit an exceptional refund request for review.
To check transmission status, the Customer may use the subscriber area or contact support at contact@euro-vignette.com
8.2 — No pro-rata refund of monthly subscription\nThe monthly subscription is not refundable on a pro-rata basis for the current month except in case of serious breach by EuroVignette. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. The Customer retains full access until that date.
8.1 — Refund of an e-vignette
The refund of an e-vignette is only possible if the request for transmission to the official authorities of the concerned country has not yet been made by EuroVignette.
To know the status of the transmission of their order, the Client can check their subscriber area or contact customer service at contact@euro-vignette.com
8.2 — Non-refund of the monthly subscription
The monthly subscription is not refundable on a pro-rata basis for the current monthly period, except in the case of a serious breach by EuroVignette of its contractual obligations.
The termination of the subscription takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. The Client retains access to all services until the end of this period.
Article 9 — Right of withdrawal
9.1 — Waiver of withdrawal for the subscription\nUnder Regulation 29 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from contract conclusion.
However, under Regulation 37 of the same Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services where supply has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, where the consumer has expressly requested early supply and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to EuroVignette, the Customer immediately accesses the personal area with all platform tools and services (digital vault, RoadTrip assistant, country explorer, checklists, calculator, emergency assistance with a response within 24 business hours, vignette management). The digital service therefore begins as soon as subscription is confirmed.
Subscription confirmation requires acceptance of these General Terms of Sale via a dedicated checkbox on the payment page; the Customer acknowledges having been informed of this waiver and having expressly consented before any access to the service.
9.2 — Waiver for e-vignettes\nEach e-vignette order is a digital service with immediate performance. After order confirmation and payment, EuroVignette transmits the request to the relevant official authorities. The Customer acknowledges that this immediate performance also entails waiver of the right of withdrawal for each e-vignette ordered, in line with applicable consumer law.
9.3 — Business customers\nThe right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers acting in a professional capacity.
9.1 — Waiver of the right of withdrawal for the subscription
Under Regulation 29 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) and the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer generally has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
However, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the same Regulations, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services whose provision has begun before the expiration of the withdrawal period, provided that the consumer has expressly consented to the start of the provision and acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to the EuroVignette subscription, the Client immediately accesses their personal space including all the tools and services of the platform (digital safe, RoadTrip assistant, country explorer, checklists, calculator, 24/7 assistance, vignette management). The provision of the digital service therefore begins as soon as the subscription is validated.
The validation of the subscription being conditional on the mandatory acceptance of these T&Cs via a dedicated checkbox on the payment page, the Client acknowledges having been informed of this waiver and having expressly consented to it prior to any access to the service.
9.2 — Waiver for e-vignettes
The order of an e-vignette constitutes a purchase of a digital service for immediate execution. Upon validation of the order and payment, EuroVignette proceeds to transmit the request to the official authorities of the concerned country. The Client acknowledges that this immediate execution also entails the waiver of the right of withdrawal for each e-vignette ordered, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code and equivalent provisions.
9.3 — Professional clients
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Clients acting within the framework of their professional activity.

- The data and documents stored in the digital vault are retained until the effective date
On the effective date of the cancellation, the account is closed and the Client's personal data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
10.3 — Cancellation by EuroVignette

- Serious violation of these General Terms and Conditions
