These General Terms of Sale govern all contractual relations between VIASIMPLY LTD (“EuroVignette”, “the Publisher”) and any natural or legal person (“the Customer”, “the User”) subscribing to the EuroVignette subscription and/or ordering an e-vignette on euro-vignette.com.
Any subscription or order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to contract.

Article 2 — Purpose
These General Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with:
- subscription to the monthly EuroVignette subscription granting access to all platform services;
- orders for electronic e-vignettes placed from the subscriber area, which constitute a separate purchase billed in addition to the subscription.
Both components of the service are governed by these General Terms of Sale, which apply to the exclusion of any other document.
Article 3 — Description of services and pricing model
3.1 — Monthly EuroVignette subscription The monthly subscription grants access to the following services:
- Secure subscriber area with account management
- Vignette expiry alerts by email or SMS
- Digital vault for road documents (licence, registration, insurance)
- 24/7 emergency assistance
- Road trip planning assistant
- Country explorer (49 countries covered)
- Personalised travel checklists
- Travel cost calculator
The subscription is billed at EUR 29.00 including VAT per month, automatically charged each month on the subscription anniversary date.
3.2 — E-vignette orders (pay-per-use) From the subscriber area, the Customer may order electronic e-vignettes for countries that require them. Each e-vignette order is a separate purchase billed in addition to the monthly subscription.
The price of each e-vignette corresponds to the official rate applicable in the relevant country at the time of the order. This price is clearly displayed to the Customer before any order confirmation and may vary depending on the country, vehicle type and validity period selected.
The e-vignette is linked to the vehicle registration plate and the selected validity period. It allows lawful use of toll motorways subject to a vignette requirement in the relevant country.
Summary: monthly subscription — EUR 29.00 / month; 7-day free trial on first subscription; no minimum commitment (cancellable at any time); no pro-rata refund except where a 14-day legal right applies. Pay-per-use e-vignette: official country price shown before order; single payment per order; refundable if the request has not yet been transmitted to the authorities.
Article 4 — Countries covered
The EuroVignette service covers the following 49 countries: Albania, Germany, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czechia, Türkiye and Ukraine.
Only some of these countries actually require an electronic vignette to use their motorway network. EuroVignette provides up-to-date information on requirements in each country.
Disclaimer: EuroVignette is an independent private service and is not affiliated with the governments or official road authorities of the countries concerned.
Article 5 — Access conditions — Free trial period
On first subscription, the Customer benefits from a free trial period of seven (7) calendar days with access to all platform features.
Important: a valid payment method must be registered at subscription. No charge is made during the first 7 days. If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial, the first monthly charge of EUR 29.00 will be triggered automatically.
The free trial is granted once per Customer and household. Any attempt to obtain multiple trials (multiple accounts, different bank details) may result in immediate termination of the accounts concerned.
Article 6 — Payment terms
6.1 — Accepted payment methods Payments are processed securely via a certified payment provider. Accepted methods are shown on the subscription page and may change. VIASIMPLY LTD may change accepted methods without notice.
6.2 — Automatic subscription charge\nBy accepting these General Terms of Sale, the Customer expressly authorises automatic monthly charging of EUR 29.00 on the registered payment method on each subscription anniversary. Corresponding invoices are available in the subscriber area.
6.3 — E-vignette payments\nEach e-vignette order is paid immediately and separately when the order is confirmed. The amount is debited once on confirmation. An order confirmation email is sent. The invoice is available in the subscriber area.
6.4 — Payment security\nAll transactions are processed via a secure certified payment provider. VIASIMPLY LTD never stores the Customer’s full card data.
6.5 — Non-payment\nIf the monthly charge fails, VIASIMPLY LTD may retry. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of access until the situation is resolved, without prejudice to recovery action.
Article 7 — E-vignette orders — Process and obligations
7.1 — Order process Ordering an e-vignette from the subscriber area follows these steps:
- Select destination country, vehicle type and validity period
- Enter vignette start date and vehicle registration plate
- Display of applicable official price and Customer confirmation
- Immediate secure payment
- Transmission of the request by EuroVignette to the relevant country’s official systems
- Order confirmation email sent to the Customer
7.2 — Customer responsibility when ordering The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of information entered, in particular:
- Vehicle registration plate (characters, country of registration)
- Vehicle type (category, number of axles where applicable)
- Desired validity start date
- Selected country and validity period
Any input error resulting in an invalid or unusable vignette is attributable solely to the Customer. EuroVignette cannot be held liable for fines or penalties resulting from an invalid vignette due to a Customer error.
7.3 — Transmission to official authorities After payment, EuroVignette transmits the vignette activation request to the relevant country’s official systems. Once transmitted, the vignette is activated and linked to the registration plate in that country’s official registers.
Article 8 — Cancellation and refund policy
8.1 — E-vignette refund A refund is possible only if the request to transmit to the relevant country’s official authorities has not yet been carried out by EuroVignette.
If not yet transmitted: the Customer may request cancellation and will be refunded the full vignette amount. Contact: contact@euro-vignette.com
If already transmitted: the vignette is activated in the official registers. No refund can generally be granted, as official authorities usually do not allow cancellation of an activated vignette. The Customer may still submit an exceptional refund request for review.
To check transmission status, the Customer may use the subscriber area or contact support at contact@euro-vignette.com
8.2 — No pro-rata refund of monthly subscription\nThe monthly subscription is not refundable on a pro-rata basis for the current month except in case of serious breach by EuroVignette. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. The Customer retains full access until that date.
Article 9 — Right of withdrawal
9.1 — Waiver of withdrawal for the subscription\nUnder Regulation 29 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from contract conclusion.
However, under Regulation 37 of the same Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services where supply has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, where the consumer has expressly requested early supply and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to EuroVignette, the Customer immediately accesses the personal area with all platform tools and services (digital vault, RoadTrip assistant, country explorer, checklists, calculator, 24/7 assistance, vignette management). The digital service therefore begins as soon as subscription is confirmed.
Subscription confirmation requires acceptance of these General Terms of Sale via a dedicated checkbox on the payment page; the Customer acknowledges having been informed of this waiver and having expressly consented before any access to the service.
9.2 — Waiver for e-vignettes\nEach e-vignette order is a digital service with immediate performance. After order confirmation and payment, EuroVignette transmits the request to the relevant official authorities. The Customer acknowledges that this immediate performance also entails waiver of the right of withdrawal for each e-vignette ordered, in line with applicable consumer law.
9.3 — Business customers\nThe right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers acting in a professional capacity.
Article 10 — Subscription termination
The EuroVignette subscription has no minimum term and may be cancelled by the Customer at any time, free of charge and without penalty.
10.1 — How to cancel\nCancellation may be done:
- From the subscriber area: “My account” > “Subscription” > “Unsubscribe”
- Via the dedicated cancellation page on the site (menu or “Cancel your subscription” link)
- By email to contact@euro-vignette.com from the email address linked to the account
Cancellation is processed immediately. Confirmation is visible in the subscriber area and sent by email.
10.2 — Effects of cancellation Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Until that date: the Customer retains full subscription features; e-vignettes already ordered and activated remain valid according to their dates; data and documents in the digital vault are kept until the effective date.
On the effective cancellation date, the account is closed and personal data are deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention obligation.
10.3 — Termination by EuroVignette\nEuroVignette may terminate or suspend a subscription with immediate effect in case of: serious breach of these General Terms of Sale; fraudulent or abusive use (multiple accounts, trial circumvention); persistent non-payment after formal notice. If termination is solely due to the Customer, no pro-rata refund will be made.
Article 11 — Service availability and EuroVignette obligations
EuroVignette endeavours to keep the platform available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance (Customers will be informed as far as practicable) and force majeure.
If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to EuroVignette and not due to force majeure, the Customer may request a pro-rata refund of the monthly subscription.
EuroVignette cannot guarantee that information on vignettes and road regulations in covered countries is exhaustive or always up to date. Customers should verify with official authorities before travel.
Article 12 — Liability
EuroVignette is liable only in case of proven fault. In any event, liability is expressly limited to amounts actually paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
EuroVignette shall not be liable for: Customer input errors when ordering an e-vignette; fines or penalties from road authorities for lack of a valid vignette; decisions by official authorities changing vignette systems after the order; service interruptions due to force majeure; use of the service by a third party accessing the Customer’s account.
Article 13 — Personal data protection
Processing of personal data collected in connection with EuroVignette is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site.
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and UK GDPR, the Customer has rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, exercisable by contacting: contact@euro-vignette.com
Article 14 — Changes to the General Terms of Sale
VIASIMPLY LTD may amend these General Terms of Sale at any time. For substantial changes, the Customer will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before the new terms take effect.
If the Customer does not accept the new terms, they may cancel the subscription free of charge within that period. Failure to cancel constitutes acceptance.
The terms applicable to an e-vignette order are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 15 — Applicable law — Mediation — Disputes
15.1 — Applicable law\nThese General Terms of Sale are governed by the law of England and Wales. They are available in French and English. In case of conflict between versions, the English version prevails.
For Customers resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain fully applicable.
15.2 — Amicable settlement\nIn case of dispute regarding performance, the Customer should first contact EuroVignette support at contact@euro-vignette.com.
15.3 — Consumer mediation EU consumers may use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr French residents may also contact the competent consumer mediator under Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
15.4 — Jurisdiction\nIf no amicable solution is found, disputes relating to validity, interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
