This Subscription Policy describes how the EuroVignette service is accessed, the terms of the monthly subscription, renewal and cancellation. It complements the General Terms of Sale available on the site.
Summary: monthly subscription — EUR 29.00 including VAT per month; 7-day free trial; automatic monthly renewal on the anniversary date; no minimum commitment; cancellation effective at the end of the current period. Article 1 — Description of the service
EuroVignette is a digital travel assistance platform for Europe provided by VIASIMPLY LTD. The service is available via a monthly subscription granting access to all platform features:
- Ordering electronic e-vignettes (billed in addition to the subscription)
- Vignette expiry alerts
- Digital vault for road documents
- 24/7 emergency assistance with a response within 24 business hours
- Road trip planning assistant
- Country explorer (49 countries covered)
- Personalised travel checklists
- Travel cost calculator

Article 2 — Subscription and account creation
To access EuroVignette, the user must: create a personal account on euro-vignette.com with a valid email address and a secure password; provide payment details; accept the General Terms of Sale and this Subscription Policy via the mandatory checkboxes on the payment page; expressly waive the right of withdrawal by ticking the dedicated box, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Access is activated immediately after subscription is confirmed. The Customer is solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- Create a personal account on euro-vignette.com by providing a valid email address and choosing a secure password.
- Enter your payment information.
- Accept the General Terms and Conditions and this Subscription Policy via the mandatory checkboxes on the payment page.
- Confirm the express waiver of the right of withdrawal by checking the dedicated box, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Access to the service is activated immediately after subscription validation. The Client is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Article 3 — Free trial period
On first subscription, the Customer benefits from a free trial of seven (7) calendar days.
3.1 — Start of trial The trial starts as soon as subscription is confirmed. The Customer has access to all features from day one.
3.2 — Trial conditions A valid payment method must be registered at subscription. No charge is made during the first 7 days. The trial is granted once per customer and household. Attempts to obtain multiple trials (multiple accounts) may result in immediate termination.
3.3 — End of trial Important: If the Customer does not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, the first monthly charge of EUR 29.00 will automatically be taken on the subscription anniversary. The subscription then renews monthly on that date.
3.1 — Start of the trial period.
The trial period starts immediately upon subscription validation. The Client has access to all features of the platform from day one.
3.2 — Conditions of the free trial.
- A valid payment method must be registered at the time of subscription.
- No charges will be made during the first 7 days.
- The trial period is granted only once per client and per household.
- Any attempt to benefit from multiple trial periods (creating multiple accounts) may result in immediate termination.
3.3 — At the end of the trial period.
Article 4 — Price and automatic renewal
4.1 — Subscription price The EuroVignette subscription is priced at EUR 29.00 including VAT per month. This price covers all platform features except e-vignettes, which are paid separately per order (see Article 7).
4.2 — Automatic renewal\nThe subscription is open-ended and renews automatically each month on the subscription anniversary. By subscribing, the Customer expressly authorises VIASIMPLY LTD to charge the subscription amount automatically on the registered payment method on each monthly due date. The Customer retains full access until the end of each paid month, including if cancellation is requested during the period.
4.3 — Payment records\nInvoices for each monthly charge are available in the subscriber area under “My account” > “Invoices”.
4.1 — Subscription fee.
The EuroVignette subscription is offered at a price of 29.00 EUR including VAT per month. This price provides access to all features of the platform, except for e-vignettes which are subject to a separate payment at the time of purchase (see Article 7).
4.2 — Automatic renewal.
The subscription is for an indefinite duration and automatically renews each month on the anniversary date of the subscription. By subscribing, the Client expressly authorizes VIASIMPLY LTD to automatically charge the subscription amount to the registered payment method at each monthly due date.
4.3 — Payment proofs
Invoices corresponding to each monthly payment are available in the subscriber area, under 'My account' > 'Invoices'.
Article 5 — Price changes
5.1 — Stability for existing subscribers\nVIASIMPLY LTD undertakes to maintain the price in force at subscription for existing subscribers. Any increase applies only to new subscriptions after the effective date of the new price. Price guarantee: if you subscribe at EUR 29.00/month, that price is guaranteed for the duration of your subscription regardless of future price changes for new subscribers.
5.2 — Notification\nAny price change applies only to new subscriptions after the effective date. Existing subscribers keep the price in force when they subscribed. Material changes will be notified in advance.
5.1 — Principle of price stability for existing subscribers
VIASIMPLY LTD commits to maintaining the rate in effect at the time of subscription for all existing subscribers. In case of an increase in the monthly rate, it will only apply to new subscriptions made after the effective date of the new rate.
5.2 — Notification in case of price change
Any price change will only apply to new subscriptions made after the effective date of the new rate. Existing subscribers retain the rate in effect at the time of their subscription. Any price changes will be notified in advance.
Article 6 — Non-payment and suspension
If a monthly charge fails, VIASIMPLY LTD may retry. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of access within a reasonable time until the situation is resolved.
Note: Detailed rules for failed payments (timing, number of retries) will be specified after integration of the payment provider. This policy will be updated accordingly.
If access is suspended, Customer data (vault documents, vignette history) is kept for a reasonable period to allow regularisation before permanent account deletion. The Customer will be informed before any deletion.

Article 7 — E-vignette orders
Ordering e-vignettes is separate from the monthly subscription and is available from the subscriber area. Each e-vignette is billed separately in addition to the monthly subscription fee.
7.1 — E-vignette prices Each price matches the official rate in the relevant country at the time of order. The price is clearly displayed before confirmation. EuroVignette does not add surcharges on top of official vignette prices.
7.2 — Refunds Refundable: if the request to transmit to the country's official authorities has not yet been made by EuroVignette, the Customer may request cancellation and a full refund. Contact: contact@euro-vignette.com Non-refundable: once transmitted to the official authorities, the vignette is activated in that country's registers and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7.1 — Price of e-vignettes
The price of each e-vignette corresponds to the official rate applicable in the concerned country at the time of the order. This price is clearly displayed before any validation. EuroVignette does not charge any additional fees on the official price of the vignettes.
7.2 — Refund of e-vignettes
Article 8 — Cancelling the subscription
8.1 — Cancellation by the Customer The Customer may cancel at any time, free of charge, from the subscriber area (“My account” > “Subscription” > “Unsubscribe”), via the dedicated cancellation page, or by email to contact@euro-vignette.com from the account email address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. The Customer retains full access until that date.
8.2 — Effects of cancellation\nNo pro-rata refund for the remainder of the current month. E-vignettes already ordered and activated remain valid. Documents in the digital vault are kept until the effective date, then deleted within 30 days. The Customer may resubscribe at any time.
8.3 — Cancellation by EuroVignette\nVIASIMPLY LTD may terminate or suspend a subscription with immediate effect in case of serious breach of the General Terms of Sale, fraudulent use, or persistent non-payment. If termination is solely due to the Customer, no pro-rata refund will be made.
8.1 — Termination by the Client
The Client can terminate their subscription at any time, without fees or penalties, by one of the following means:
- From the subscriber area: 'My account' > 'Subscription' > 'Unsubscribe'
- Via the dedicated cancellation page: https://euro-vignette.com/fr/cancellation
- By email to: contact@euro-vignette.com (from the address associated with the account)
The termination takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. The Client retains access to all services until that date.
8.2 — Effects of termination
- No prorated refund for the remaining period of the current month
- The e-vignettes already ordered and activated remain valid according to their validity dates
- The documents stored in the digital vault are kept until the effective date, then deleted within 30 days following
- The Client can resubscribe at any time
8.3 — Termination by EuroVignette
VIASIMPLY LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription with immediate effect in case of serious violation of the General Terms and Conditions, fraudulent use of the service, or persistent payment default. In case of termination due to the Client's exclusive fault, no prorated refund will be issued.
Article 9 — Right of withdrawal
Under Regulation 29 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to the EuroVignette service.
The digital service begins immediately on subscription confirmation, under Regulation 37. The Customer has expressly consented and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal by ticking the dedicated box on the payment page before any access to the service.
Regulatory note: the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC Act) will introduce a new subscription regime, expected in spring 2027. This policy will be updated when implementing rules are published.
Article 10 — Policy changes
VIASIMPLY LTD may amend this Subscription Policy at any time. For substantial changes, the Customer will be informed at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Price changes follow the specific rules in Article 5.

Article 11 — Applicable law
This Subscription Policy is governed by the law of England and Wales. It is available in French and English. In case of contradiction, the English version prevails. For Customers resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain fully applicable.
